Return & Refund

Quick summary

  • Return window: 30 days from your order date

  • Condition: as received when reasonably possible; include all accessories, manuals, and included parts

  • Restocking: none

  • Return shipping: customer-paid unless we made an error or there’s a confirmed defect

Start a return (fast)

Email info@salernoshop.com with your Order #, what you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address. Please don’t send items without authorization.

Packaging checklist

Reuse original packaging when feasible, include tools/chargers/freebies, and place your order number inside the box to speed processing.

Exchanges

Need a different size/model? Request an exchange during the return window (subject to availability). We’ll guide you to the quickest route.

Refund timeline

After your return arrives, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; most banks/card issuers post within 3–7 business days after we process them.

Cancellations

Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). If the order has shipped, please follow the return steps above.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging/product (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; formal disputes can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
